1. About the platform
Campus Trade GH is an online classified marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in Ghanaian campus communities. We provide listing tools and communication features — we are not a party to transactions between users and do not take custody of items or payments.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and be able to form a binding agreement under Ghanaian law. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your responsibilities
- Post truthful, lawful listings with accurate descriptions and photos.
- Respect intellectual property — do not list counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods.
- Use respectful language in messages and reviews.
- Meet safely and verify items before payment — see our safety tips.
- Comply with your institution’s rules and applicable Ghanaian laws.
4. Prohibited content & conduct
You may not post or promote:
- Illegal items, weapons, drugs, or exam cheating services
- Scams, phishing, or misleading payment requests
- Hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material
- Spam, duplicate ads, or automated scraping of the site
- Content that infringes another person’s rights
5. Listings & moderation
We may review, reject, edit, or remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive valid reports. Featured or paid placements may have additional rules shown at purchase.
6. Fees
Basic posting is free unless stated otherwise. Optional upgrades (featured listings, vendor pages, etc.) may require payment. All fees will be shown before you confirm.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, or that buyers/sellers will complete transactions. You use the service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Trade GH and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user transactions, meetings, or content posted by third parties.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a safety or legal risk.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be highlighted on the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes should first be raised via our contact page.
